At Hatted Tableware, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the product and packaging.
- To claim a return for a damaged product, you will need to make an unboxing video while opening the package. This is required to help us understand the issue and prevent any fraudulent claims.
- We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds:
- Since we are dealing with exclusive handcrafted tableware, we have a strict NO RETURNS policy (unless its a faulty item).
